I recently ordered a custom cutout big head for a bach trip, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. The cutout arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The material is basically just very thick, sturdy paper but they were great. I love how they were able to capture exactly what I was envisioning when I made the special note/request. Great job & thank you so much for that! They were an absolute hit at my husband's 50th birthday party!

My initial order did not match the picture I sent in so I let the seller know. He replied promptly with options so he could replace them, and once I chose he overnighted them to ensure I had them for the day of my event (he sent me 2 extra, too) 😊The quality of the product is unmatched, this is not some flimsy picture you'll revieve, it's very sturdy and does not bend easily. I will purchase these again.

I am so disappointed! I reached out to seller prior to placing order followed instructions provided and still didn’t receive my correct order nor was customization accurate. Seller responsive when contacted unfortunately it doesn’t matter as it seems they do not communicate with production or read orders before processing. There is only one photo head per order. The head is a great quality. The head is about the size of an adult head. Not as large as expected but consumerate with price.
