Purchased as a gift but think it’s ok.

Really nice back support that is comfy to wear and keeps your back in position, would recommend!

Despite ordering the XL, which claims to go up to a 52" waist, and my waist being 42"-44" (depending on where measured), this is about 6 inches from being able to fasten it across my waist.In the description it states "By using the included belt extender, you can adjust it to your perfect size.". No such additional belt extender was included, so maybe that's the problem?Consequently my review is going to be quite short.It's mainly black and seems reasonably well made, with no obvious defects, other than that someone appears to have sewn the wrong size label on it.It's too small, and therefore does nothing to help correct my posture.It seems likely, or at least possible, that if someone was to get one the correct size for them that it may help their posture.

I found this to be a little small and quite tight. With a 32" waist, I chose a S/M size which fitted around the waist (not much spare on the waistband), but I think this must be for someone with a small frame, as it was difficult to stretch the arm straps over my shoulders.I'm not tall (1.7m) but am 44" around back and chest, which obviously makes a difference. Once I did get the straps over my shoulders, I could feel them being pulled back and down, which is what it's meant to do.If it wasn't so tight, it'd be ok comfort-wise, so it does the job. Just be aware that the S/M size is really only for those with a relatively small frame.

If you have a bad back or suffer from one then this support will really help keep you going or always help you on the days you back is bad. It's good quality, comfortable, easy to use and corrects your posture so you don't feel in pain all dayVery happy thanks

As someone who suffers with back ache (due to bad posture), I have tried different supports over the years, with varying degrees of success.I’d say this is one of the better supports I have tried. I really like the fact that you can put this on and adjust it yourself, without any help. It offers a decent amount if support and you can really feel the pull on your shoulders as it forces them back.I can’t wear it for hours on end, but have been wearing it whilst working for a few hours and it’s helped reduce the amount of pain I am in by the end of the day.I do think it’s on the expensive side, but overall, I am pleased with it.
