This outdoor lamp has not worked since I bought it

This lamp is lovely in my canopy tent that I've dubbed "my outdoor living room", where I go for relaxing peace and quiet anytime I want it (weather permitted) and to work on my laptop.This lamp charges quickly with both the sun and the charging port, and I've used it multiple times without issue.This lamp gives a nice, warm, soft, and adjustable glow, but note that the power button needs to be held for roughly five seconds to turn this lamp on- I almost thought it was broken upon arrival, but I was just being impatient.This nice little lamp is very portable and uses a USB-C for charging when the sun isn't an option. The media could not be loaded.  I can't wait for the next power outage. I'm ready for it. If the power is out for multiple days due to severe weather, the solar charging will allow me to have light every night without going through tons of batteries. It's small but the light is very bright at the highest setting. There is a feature that will turn it on automatically from dusk to dawn. It is small enough to be portable to carry from room to room. I like this lamp a lot.Update: used it once the first week I received it, worked fine. Needed it again 3 weeks later, doesn't work. Tried charging. Still nothing. Was 5 stars, now 1.
