I've been slouching for a lot of years and i'm only twenty five. Bought this item, had it for less than 48 hours, and used it twice. Straightened my back out and boosted my confidence. A little snug around the armpits, but overall o extremely satisfied!

I bought this brace because if had the extra straps to hold the brace away from your arm pits. But those braces do not come forward enough to help a 2X woman.

its good for the price but the sizing stated is off, i ordered an xl and it was too big, a large would have been fine so if youre purchasing go with the lower option.

Easily adjustable and provides good support when lifting repeatedly.

This back brace provide decent lumbar support, personally I don't use it with the shoulder strap, so it is nice that it is removable, so I don't have to cut it off!The strap doesn't stretch as much as the other ones I have, so make sure you get the measurement of your waist to make sure if falls within the measurement given before ordering.
