I've been drinking ultima for over a year now. My husband plays golf and became extremely dehydrated even with drinking water. I purched the verity packs foe him and he is hooked! He feels much better and drinks these daily. If you have migraines add ultima to your daily fluid intake. Its high in magnesium and keeps you hydrated. Watermelon and passion fruit are my faves. Hubs loves all of them. Expensive but worth it.
