I ordered these to replace the existing wheels on my Swiss gear computer roller bag (7 years old). After measuring with a set of calipers for overall wheel diameter, axle width and thickness of the wheels, I ordered them and installed. The wheels fit and roll smoother than the original wheels and I've already used the bag on 4 trips. The performance is great.

If you have an older ebag as shown these wheels will work after modification. The ebag axle is 10mm and must be removed in order to use the furnished axles and wheels. The axles are pressed in and easily pulled out of the plastic hub which also must be removed from the bag. The wheel assembly is attached to the suitcase with 4 phillip head screws to a matching piece inside of the ebag. . You will need to trim some plastic in order to insert the new axles. Also, flats must be filed or ground on three sides at the end of the shorter axle to fit in the provided space. Finally, the provided washers will fit over the axle for a tight fit. Only eight washers are included so you will need additional ones for two wheels. Wheels seem to be as good or possibly better than the originals. These wheels are quite satisfactory as replacements for luggage wheels. Once the wheel housing are removed from the bag and the original axles are cut out, the wheels are very easy to install. Included are two different axle lengths, to accommodate as many different bags as possible. I'm fully satisfied with this product, and would recommend it to others seeking replacement wheel for luggage.

Based on the pic you would think it was not just a solid piece but had a softer rubber. Still works and not too rough. Had an issue doing the replacement so had to get started me washers but it was in the design of the luggage and not an issue with the wheel.

I installed these on a Skyroll 22” carry-on and was trying to duplicate the look that the suitcase came with. In the listing, they look like what I wanted, with a separate tire and wheel look, but these are solid plastic/urethane instead. They look well made, the kit was complete, and they installed fine but just wanted to mention this in case anyone else cares what they look like, too.Update: after several trips with these wheels, I love them. They’re curiously smooth and silent on hard surfaces, and they roll really easily. I don’t normally care about such things enough o write about it, but it’s quite noticeable. Glad I chose them.

Luggage wheels shredded on our last trip. Tired of buying new luggage when the only problem is the wheels. Bought these, hacksawed the old ones off, slipped these in and screwed in the axle. Presto! Smooth turning wheels! Even better than the original wheels! Wish I’d known about these sooner! Super happy with this product!

I finally finished cutting off the old wheels of my luggage and replacing with these. Everything was straight forward and the product was as described, except for the sizing. I had ordered 45x18 mm wheels, but I believe the wheels I got were 40x15 mm, in a bag labeled 45x18. I think because they're smaller than my old wheels, they have a problem swiveling.

Used in a golf travel case and they roll great and are heavy duty enough to carry 50lbs of golf clubs and gear. Quiet, easy to put together
