These unassuming looking Massage balls work well to get into the spots to apply that constant pressure needed to release pain in a trigger point. They are solid and have a decent amount of weight that is needed to help apply pressure. I was surprised to find that they are easy to use with a friend, or partner, or by yourself. I was able to talk my partner into rolling the ball to where the sore trigger point was to have him press and hold the ball there for a minute or so. I also was able to get down on the floor and lay on the ball and situate the trigger point over the ball and hold there for a minute or so.The mint green color was pretty but I chose the soft purple color. There are three different types of balls and they all do something a little differently. The peanut shaped one is good for evenly going down the spin and the round ball is good for most areas. The little gob-stopper looking one has it's uses for tiny spots in which either of the other two balls can get into.The set comes with a draw string bag that is well made and should last a lifetime.This set is smaller then what the pictures show but that's a good thing. Any larger balls and they may not work as well for getting to the trigger points.

Review of massage set from the JOINFIT Store The shapes make applying pressure easier than massaging with your hand since pushing against them isn't as tiring as trying to use your fingers for massage. I like the silicone much more than hard plastic like some other massage balls are made of. Yes, it's more expensive but I truly think that it's worth spending extra money to get them in silicone. They give just enough to feel really good during use. When I first saw them in person, I thought they were awfully small, especially the spiky ball, but in practice I find that it's a handy size. I can roll it between my palm and wherever I was to use it and it doesn't get away from me and it's not too heavy. If I want to cover a larger area at once, there's always the ball or peanut-shaped massager. Everything comes in a nice, sturdy bag. I rather wish that the bag had more than one layer of stitches for some extra stability, but it should be sufficient for its purpose. No complaints or thoughts on how the massagers themselves could be better. They work very well and feel great.

This is made of top of the line material covering the three different shape massage balls. Each one is very firm with a rubbery outer layer with the perfect amount of padding. The spiked ball is very small - great for feet and reaching precisely. The larger smooth ball even has a nice bounce to it and still feels extremely hard with just enough resilience. It’s perfect for larger muscle groups. And of course the bean shape has similar properties to the smooth ball for addressing outer edges and sides without directly pressing in painful spots. This feels and looks like a professional set and it comes with a handy storage pouch. To top it all off, the lavender color is beautiful and soothing. The finishes are smooth and clean. Excellent set! And best of all, they are easy to use, portable, and feel great.

I anticipated something soft for this set but everything was rock solid. It was kind of uncomfortable for me to use but it does have its uses. Not really my go to item for a nice massage but others may disagree.

The media could not be loaded. This set of three massage balls are VERY dense and easy to grip. Made from 100% silicone they have a nice weight and an almost velvety feel to the surface. This set Includes a small spiky ball, lacrosse ball and peanut ball. They are designed for deep tissue and trigger-point massage, so they have almost zero give when pressed into muscle knots. I wish there was some sort of guide included as I don’t exactly know how each ball is best used, but I figure I can look online for guidance. Otherwise, I can tell I am going to really appreciate having this set when I need to break up a trigger point knot which can occur so easily when I overdo! The spiky massage ball fits perfectly into the center of my hand and I can use it to roll over affected areas in little circles for relief. The lacrosse ball is equivalent in size to a tennis ball, but is very dense and has little channels to help you grip it. The peanut ball is more of a roller type tool and it also has the little grip channels. A drawstring bag is included for storage and makes this set perfect to take to the gym or for travel. Overall, I am very pleased and feel this is a great value set of massage tools for the price.
