I tried this eye cream by casualty & it quickly became one of my fav.It is the way it feels on my skin, it is reasonable thick and penetrate pretty well when massage in.

Best Eye Cream
I’ve tried many eye creams for puffiness and crow’s feet, and none has worked as well as SHE. I use AM and PM, I’ve never had any irritation on this fragile skin or in my eyes. My under eye concealer goes on without creasing or pilling. It’s the best eye cream!!
