I bought the 20gb ram and 1tb storage version. I play games and stream video. It's fast enough for me and my needs. The battery life is not 11 hours as advertised. I spoke to computer repair shop and they said if gaming then keep it plugged into power source otherwise 3-4 hours is all you'll get off a full charge, thats pretty normal. I own a large power bank for on the go so it's no big deal for me, but unless I'm camping it's a home computer. Overall I'm happy with this purchase. Lots of bang for your buck compared to other brands with the same specs this is one of the best deals I found.

I replaced a laptop that was painfully slow.My new one is markedly faster. I also like the touchscreen feature. It's a very nice machine for a reasonable price.

Love the screen size, being able to take security off so I could add apps. Touch screen awesome and overall love this laptop. Only negative is the keyboard is silver so tough to see the keys if you have to look. Battery doesn't last as long as I would have expected, but great laptop for the money!!

Though the laptop itself appears to be of good quality the set up process is arduous and exasperating. To access any feature of this computer one must log in with or create a Microsoft account and endure multiple steps of authentication, irregardless of course of if one does not WANT to create a Microsoft account.Internet gurus suggested turning off one's Wi-Fi as a way to bypass this step but it seems Microsoft caught on to that old trick as it no longer works.In short, if you don't have or care to create a Microsoft account this computer is made by premeditated design to be nothing more than a very expensive paperweight.I find myself very angry that there seems to be no possible way to utilize this computer without crawling through Microsoft's hoop, and moreover, I am very angry that the company finds it ethical permissible to restrict this most basic freedom of choice from its customers.Though I understand that a Microsoft account syncs one's settings and is in theory quite convenient to the user, I would have appreciated the corporation graciously entrusting me to make that choice for myself.If you concur with this sentiment, it is my opinion that it would be within your best interest to seek an alternative company.Very frustrating.

I’m in love with my computer, it does come with a charger and that’s really all. But one thing I found peculiar about the laptop was the keyboard because the letter are really large. For those of you who can’t see well this would be ideal.

This is the first laptop I’ve purchased in 10 years and I was amazed at how fast it was compared to my old one. It was smooth and easy set up… so far I am loving it.

Overall, I enjoy this laptop's performance, touch screen and functionality.Unfortunately the battery is really bad. Really. Bad.The product description includes 'Up to 11 Hours Long Battery Life'. *NOT EVEN CLOSE.*I use this laptop for email, Facebook and surfing the web. No gaming, no streaming.I don't even get 6 hours on the battery, starting off at 100%. Generally, it's between 4 and 5 hours.This is bearable for my use at home, however I would return it if I actually had to travel with this or use it most of the time without the ability to do so plugged into an outlet.

La computadora que me llegó es la HP15 dy5033dx, la cual cuenta con un procesador Core i3-1215U (una generación arriba de la descrita), 16 GB de RAM y 952 gb de SSD. Afortunadamente si cuenta con su cargador de corriente (de lo cual tenía duda si venía incluido por algunos comentarios que leí). Se reciente un poco la baja calidad de imagen al contar con pantalla HD ( la mayoría ya cuenta con Full HD en adelante) y que la carcasa sea totalmente de plástico, pero considerando el precio y el hardware que ofrece creo que es la mejor laptop en cuanto a calidad-precio que pude encontrar en Amazon, saludos.
