great monitor... although a bit pricey
I was a bit leery of buying this after reading other reviews talking about issues they had, but its been over 6 months and mine is still working perfectly! to get the best experience you have to have a device with HDMI 2.0 or DisplayPort 2.), which I do not currently have so I look forward to an even better picture once I upgrade something else!

Trash.
Trash, they won't answer my questions about my purchase I only got the screen and not the software. Can't even get a refund if I tried. Not even a text or email. I am considering canceling g my subscription to Amazon. It's turning into trash. Trash.

Don’t buy this monitor
This seems to be a revamped version of their 54” and if it’s anything like that, then you shouldn’t get it. I bought every g9 monitor, and the base 49” 120hz is the best, because they all go up to 240hz, but they advertise that one at 120hz. The problems with the 54” were, the screws you use to attach the monitor to its stand, were extremely loose no matter how much we tightened it. The monitor has flickering and screen tearing problems, when you go up to 240hz, which is the advertised refresh rate. And overall the quality wasn’t good, even though it is 4k. If you want to get a 54” or 57” monitor, don’t use Samsung, use LG or another brand like that, that isn’t overpricing these monitors, selling them at $1000 instead of Samsungs $1500 or $1300 price tag.
