the lights are a good size the thread s good and sits well in the socket, they are bright off white colour which is warm but not to yellow

I do like a retro style bulb, and thankfully you can now get most styles in an LED variant so in these times of ridiculously expensive electricity you can have style with efficiency.These bulbs are quite large with the clear glass globe being 11cm x 6.5 cm so are generally best suited for larger light fittings. The light they give out is reasonably bright for the retro style and it is somewhere between the warmer end of the white spectrum and the lower end of the cool one. The specifications state 4000K which is probably about right. I have one in the industrial style fitting above my kitchen table which gives a very cool effect. The 10w rating seems about right although they are never a direct replacement for an old style 100w bulb - nowhere near as bright.As with all LED bulbs, especially 'off brand' ones you can never be too sure about claims of longevity, but even if they last a quarter of what is claimed, thats still in the region of a couple of years service, so at £6-odd a bulb thats not too bad at all.

This is a three-pack of LED lamp in the vintage Edison ST64 style.They arrive very well packed, with foam top-and-bottom sections to keep the bulbs away from the sides of the box and away from each other.One of the review photos shows one of the bulbs pitted against a 60 watt incandescent bulb so you can compare as it's easy to find out how bright a 60 watt bulb is (although you may have to find one in a drawer). As you can see from the meter in another photo, power consumption is lower than the claimed 10 watts, instead drawing 7.5 watts. The same figure was also seen when checking with an EDMI Atlas Mk7C domestic electricity meter.It's a design that should look good anywhere that a bulb is on show, such as in a carriage lantern.It's worth noting that the voltage rating doesn't appear on the box nor the bulb; the only mark on the bulb is a CE mark and the incorrect wattage rating, so they could easily have etched the voltage here as well.
