Very quick delivery!! Great book!

Bought this on eBay, waste of money. You can't tell a plant, by a black and white drawing.All herbs are in alphabetical order.If you have an issue such as high blood pressure there's no quick way to find out what herb to use. It's hit and miss.Totally useless book for self help.Don't waste your money on this. There's better books out there that will actually help you.

I actually doubted the quality of information on this book but my doubts were proven wrong. This is the best resource for the best alternative Medicine for common ailments

It's a very flimsy book, won't last long if you actually read it- maybe kindle version would have been a better bet. Nothing inside that you couldn't Google for yourself.
