I'm giving this product five stars, because it seems like the decent and honorable thing to do. The problem that I have with it is not the fault of the producer or Amazon. The problem is in my genes. Due to the usual claims about this 'supplement' (mineral compound), I expected that it would help with my attention deficit disorder symptoms. Of course, anytime that you're tampering in any way with brain chemistry it is like spinning a roulette wheel. You can't accurately predict psychotropic results, and different brains get different reactions. Anyway, I discovered that this is a poor and even counterproductive treatment for attention deficit disorder, at least in my case. I was blindsided by the way it impacted me. At first it felt slightly like reality was melting away, in a similar fashion to the pre-hallucinogenic state one gets from smoking salvia divinorium. Then for the rest of the evening, I was in a daze. I found myself hypnotically watching videos for the rest of the night, and then immediately not being able to remember what I had watched. It actually exaggerated my attention deficit symptoms to an extreme. Being 'zoned out' like that might have been a good thing if I had been experiencing extreme anxiety, but I wasn't. It was a lot like being drunk. Its effect upon me was essentially the opposite of what I had been expecting.I'm sure this supplement gives benefits to plenty of people, but it's not a good attention deficit disorder treatment. This is something that people need to know since it is promoted as something to improve concentration, focus, and memory.Don't be driving or operating heavy machinery until you know how it effects you.

I was taking youth theory shilajit but those are 2 capsules per day. This is only one a day. You can definitely taste the supplement in your palette when it’s in your mouth before swallowing.But it’s good, I have energy to get through my day. Great value for the money. Swallowing pills have always been a chore for me but at least it’s just 1 capsule a day.

These are great value for the money. If taking correctly and consistently, it does enhance energy levels. The pills are very easy to swallow and not too large for those who are “pill averse”.

I’m almost done with the bottle and I don’t feel a significant difference. My energy levels still the same. It was not expensive but I can’t tell if it can make an impact on my health.

I use quite a few of Horbaach supplements. I have fewer reservations using this product from this company. I've seen many Shilijat supplements that are/have been on the market. I felt safer trying this one since I wanted to see if it helped with anything. Meaning, that there are so many different ailments this supplement is supposed to help, how can anyone figure what's being helped or not?At this point, I'm not experiencing any negative effects and the dose is one pill per day, as opposed to some of the 3 pill per day supplements for so many other maladies one may feel.

Easier to swallow, the effectiveness my energy level was idea high 💪💪🧬.

Ever since I started taking this my hot flashes went away. I cannot be without it.

I have not noticed a single difference on this.
