I really like this case, but it was for a very specific use case. I don't really need the pen thing, but I couldn't find a decent case withou it.I have the OnePlus Tab and I have the magnetic keyboard case to add on. I love that case, it's absolutely fantastic while sitting on a desk. But for holding the tablet and reading it's quite miserable. I can't stand that I am constantly pressing keys or clicking the mousepad while holding the tablet. It's fine, it doesn't do anything since it is completely disconnected in that configuration, but I guess it hits some sort of OCD thing. Plus, it's not really all that comfortable. So the solution is to take it out (easy, since it's magnetic), but the bare tablet is crazy slippery and that's painful after a while because you have to hold it so tightly.So, I found this case. Not only does it have a texture, but it has these ridges that help with holding it. It *IS* a TPU or similar material, since it flexes and bends to put onto the tablet. This is so much nicer than bare or with the keyboard case that I'm leaving the keyboard case at home and using my Keychron B1 Pro at work, which I'm just going to leave there. This case doesn't have a stand, but I have a little toolkit I can lean it against and it stands up just fine - better, in fact, than the keyboard case because it's at a better angle for teams calls (which is mostly what I use the tablet for at work).I highly recommend this case.

The media could not be loaded. Supposed to be here Wednesday, it's now been pushed for the 3rd time to Saturday. Should have just gone to a bigbox store instead. Feels unfair to rate it lower than 3 Stars as I'm still waiting for the item. Can't even cancel it from Amazon's side.Will update when it actually arrives.EDIT: The actual product fits very well, is very grippy, and fairly thin. I do think it would help in a casual drop, but wouldn't test it. All the buttons, camera, and slots line up perfectly. There is a cutout for the stylus that looks odd without but is not a big deal or even bad.Added a star.

This case is a nice looking case that feels like quality. It is not a super rugged case and I was shocked that it was on the softer side. I would not call this a rugged case, but it does offer protection of your costly device. Because it is not super rugged the case does not make the OnePlus pad a bulky thing to use. The pen holder is also awesome design. It holds it , so it doesn't fall off in my backpack, but is designed to allow it to have magnetic contact with the tablet to maintain its charge. Overall this is a very well designed case that performs it's job.

This case is exactly what I needed for my OnePlus Pad. I occasionally like to play games on it but it's a pretty slick tablet. My OEM case is the portfolio type which doesn't help much for game play. I don't want to put grip tape on the tablet either. This case is an excellent solution to the problem--the texture pattern looks great and provides a nice grip area. It's a perfect fit for the tablet and even has a holding slot for the Stylus Pen. Highly recommended!
