Dual Gelmax Insole
It is ergonomically designed by orthopedists and hence very good for the sole. You can trim it to fit to size. It helps to distribute weight and pressure through out the sole. It's also got an adaptive arch support. Good quality and feels comfortable in the shoes. Value for money and easy to use

Changed shape in a week
Easy to trim and apply. It's got a gel base and soft finish. Initially I felt good posture but only for a few days. After that it looks like it has got pressed down by my weight (90 kg) and has taken shape of my foot so overall posture is again going wrong. Not worth it.
