There is nothing to do with any fault by this device, that’s a manufacture issue for the car.I switch the car off and then back on again, and it connected automatically once it’s been set up on the first occasion.If you’re thinking about buying one of these, I would recommend it it makes everything so much more convenient for those short trips where you can just have your Apple CarPlay or android auto working without having to plug your phone in. Obviously, if you’re going along a journey and you want to use Apple CarPlay or android auto for navigation. You probably will need to plug your phone in for some of the journey, just to keep your phone charged.It’s a bonus with this the one that when my phone has got to 80% I can actually unplug the phone charger without overcharging the phone it and still use Apple CarPlay or android auto.
