Great packable master link pliers...
This is a fantastic tool for packing in your bike's tool bag. I have broken a couple of chains when riding (gravel and MTB), and this works well for being able to remove quick connect links. It's also great that you can carry spare links with you to repair a chain if needed.

I like to play with the magnet
You might be a weird kid if your favorite feature of this tool is to constantly open and close it just to hear the satisfying 'click' of the magnet. This tool is light, discrete. I typically run the EDC tool, but it lacks chain link pliers. This tool fills that gap. This tool is also crazy sexy and well designed. My only concern is the tire lever being made of metal which may scratch your rims on use. I'd totally recommend this still. I've had other MTB dudes see the tool and be nothing but mesmerized by it.

You can either spend an hour on the side of the trail, or 3 seconds with these pliers.
I've gone years without pliers of this sort and thought it was OK. Usually I could pinch the link apart within a matter of minutes and that's OK. Then in a remote-ish area this summer I had an issue where I had to remove the chain. I spent an hour trying to get the thing apart to no avail. Being in that situation makes the decision to get this easy.I chose these ones over the cheaper ones because of the nifty magnetic link storage, the multiple tools built into this one and that it's a quality item made in the USA.

If you have a quick link, you need this tool
There are ways to remove a quick link without a tool, but they are a hassle. If you've ever tried to remove one without a tool, you know they can be stubborn. Rather than hauling a large special built tool that you'd use in a home workshop, this Wolf Tooth tool is small, packs easily, is pretty light and holds replacement quick links (which is nice since the links are small and easily lost otherwise). Great design, sturdy and they do the job. What's not to like? No more worries about removing a quick link when out on a ride.

okish
Cool product but the magnetic mechanism that keeps it closed isn't very effective and the handle feel loose. I understand that is by design but there has ti be a better way

High Quality!
Well made! Wolf tooth makes high quality products. I lost a rear derailleur this summer and a kind passer by had one of these in his pack. We broke the chain and turned my bike into a single speed so I could peddle home. I ordered one right away. Now maybe I can return the favor to someone else in need.

Nicely made and very useful.
Perfect addition to my bike tool bag. Will work in a pinch and you will be glad to have them when the chain breaks on the trail.

Great product.....slow process time
Great product. Won’t need to worry if I break a chain on the trail now. Only complaint is that the seller took 5 days to process and ship when it was Amazon prime.
