Production quality issues
The machine arrived in a wooden crate that was poorly constructed and the top of the crate was fastened on only one side. When I removed the top, I found that the slicer had damage to the metal guage plate and to the food carriage. There was dirt of some sort on the machine and I also found a metal chip as well on the machine. This is not the quality that you would expect for a machine that will come into contact with food.

Oil leaking
The media could not be loaded. I was very excited when I received it. I didn't expect it to arrive one day early. But when I saw the package box, it was already broken . Then I saw that my machine was covered full of oil. I didn't know where the oil leaked. I also I don’t know if this machine is working or not. So disappointing
