Fifnim 187 piece replacement set for hydroponics is nice. This set has 12 baskets, domes and plastic labels. There's a set of tweezers and lots of extra sponges (70) and pod labels (80). The domes are nice, the slightly taller ones which allow seedlings a couple more days to establish in a moist environment. The baskets are the nice ones that sit flush on the deck and have a wide rim for grabbing. The sponges in this set are the standout item. These are the ones I prefer that are very pliable with plenty of air spaces. They are very similar to the Aerogarden name brand ones. They are tall and go to the plastic rim in the basket and are nicely porous for air, water, nutrient and tap root movement. Very nice. The labels are pretty standard but as you can see in the pictures, light does get through. The labels are adequately large for full coverage. They adhere well to the baskets. I do prefer labels that are only adhesive around the rim so my tender lettuce leaves don't stick to the undersides as they make their way out the hole. Not a big deal and there are few labels that I have seen that are full blackout and are only adhesive around the rim. These will do the job fine and overall this is a great kit with plenty of replacement supplies at a fraction of the cost of the name brand ones. Great sponges, ample supply and reasonably priced. This set is a sure winner.

These are just what I expected. They are the same as what you get in an Aerogarden. They worked well for me :)

This kit is super useful and easy for a first time grower like me! Every seed I put into the grow sponges germinated. Now I have a full veggie garden planted in soil. It comes with the sponges, pod labels, grow baskets, plastic domes, and tweezers. The pricing seems like a good deal. Recommended!

When will I learn? I read the 187 pieces---not realizing that this includes all the stuff in the box, including the labels that you peel off if you want to use them. But what I was interested in was the pods, you get 70 of those, I have not counted them, it is a small bag. These are made for particular hydroponic system, different than the one I have, but I knew that. The pods for my system cost a lot, so I have been looking for deals on other ones and making them fit. These are the ones for the systems that have very small cones (some are included), that should be obvious from the picture. I will certainly use these, but expected more pods. I don't care about the rest of the things included, although if I had a system that these were intended for I guess the cones included would be a plus. I priced similar pods and this price seems reasonable--and all of them advertise that you get much more, when they are talking about optional items like labels in their count.

Great set that comes with a ton of items for a great price. Easy to use.

This is large and all inclusive kit for your Aerogarden. 70 replacement growth sponges, pod labels, baskets, domes - just about everything you need.Aerogarden varieties of seeds are very limited and expensive. We have two gardens and going through media like crazy. Nice part that they included tweezers for our seeds. Appreciated. The media is good and works well. Two basils and dills sprouted. Overall good kit, highly recommend.Thumbs up.

Lots of soil pods, but only about a dozen plastic basket things to put them in, but if you're quick about replacing them before the roots go crazy, they work fine. We're usually pretty lazy about getting the started seeds set out and end up having to cut the plants out of the plastic holders so we don't damage the roots too badly. If you're careful, you can cut them in a way that they are re-useable. The domes are nice to have, as we always seem to lose one or two, and the round top-stickers are good for holding re-used baskets together. We don't really use the labels.Overall this is a good refill kit for your aerogarden. I'm happy to provide the seeds rather than pay the premium for the "official" pre-seeded pods.
