This was a fantastic adapter

I got this to hook up my iPhone to a projector. I did see a tiny bit of degradation in the picture quality, but that might have been a focus issue on my projector. Not enough for me to lower the rating of this device. Setup was easy, simply plug and play and it started working with no issues. It’s at a reasonable price point for an adapter.The build quality seems to be pretty good, but the one thing I didn’t like about it, which also caused me to lower the rating on it by one star was the bezel around the lightning end. It’s too big and it made it so I have to remove my phone from the case in order to use it. That’s a major issue considering I’m using a case from Apple and not one of those weird 3rd party cases that covers the charging port. It’s less of an issue on my iPad where it fits in properly with the case.

This works well. It was quickly detected by my iPad 4 and immediately displayed on my TV. There is a little bit of lag, and I believe that is because it's using the iPhone's mirror mode to display. This is different than the genuine Apple adapter, but this does cost a fraction of the price. Overall it works well for my needs.

This adapter was exactly what I needed to connect my I phone to an HDMI cable . It's well-made, just as described, and arrived promptly. It was a perfect replacement for my previous adapter, which broke after just a few months. This one seems to be of higher quality and should last much longer; it's been working well for almost a week now.
