My wife ordered some gummy vitamins in the past, and man what a disappointment. They tasted like chalk and had an unpleasant texture so basically you'd just try to force it down with water and feel terrible about your life choices.These are worlds better. Sure they don't taste or chew like real gummy candy, but they taste good and they are chewy without sticking to your teeth. The adult dosage is to consume two of these gummies per serving, and again, with the way they taste and they way they chew, they are quite good. I understand that taste is subjective and while I may like the flavor I know that others might not. I don't feel any different after eating these so I can't tell you if they are working or not, but its not an energy chew or a can of red bull so don't expect it to make you want to run a marathon. And I also know that I cannot test to see what I am actually getting in these vitamin filled gummies, but I can tell you that they taste good and I don't have to force myself to eat, or I don't dread putting them in my mouth like I did with the ones my wife purchased. So for being able to eat them without having to shove these down and they are almost as satisfying to eat as a real gummy candy I have to give it 5 stars.
