I’m a beginner when it comes to knitting, and this was the perfect little project to get used to the basic stitches.The kit comes with the basics that you’ll need - a pair of needs, the yarn, the instructions / pattern, and a wool needle. Making it was easy enough, and I found the instructions easy enough to follow (but I have had a little practice prior to making this).I do wish that the needles enclosed were a bit longer as they’re really short - there’s not many other projects you could possibly make with these, which is a bit of a shame. Everything feels lovely though, and I think this could be a perfect gift for a crafty person who’s getting into knitting.

A very simple and easy to get into knitting. You only get the bare basic tools and very simple instructions but this does the job well. I had never done knitting before and I was able to understand the basics and complete the project included in this kit with ease. It didn't take me too long either, once I got the gist of it, it took me around 2 hours more or less, taking my time to really understand how everything works.This kit is very well presented and would be ideal as a gift. Definitely worth giving it a try if you want to see if knitting is for you without having to invest too much time or money into it.

Only received the wool, seems great quality but unfortunately the other items were missing just returned for credit as had no option for the rest of the items to be delivered, oh well.

I used to enjoy knitting as a child but it has been a long time since I knitted anything so I liked that this was a simple project to get back into it. There's not much to the kit - 2 bamboo needles, wool, a sewing needle and the instructions. It was easy enough to practice a bit then undo the work to understand the different techniques and even then the project didn't take too long from start to finish - maybe 2 hours if taking your time with it. I like that if you are struggling with the paper instructions you can find videos on their YouTube channel to help. It's definitely not perfect but I was pretty proud of it - it was quick to see a result, each row gave more confidence and it's functional. There was a small bit of wool left over but not enough to make a second.

Thought I'd test this out, as I'm kind of new to any kind of knitting. I actually found this surprisingly simple! And the end result is super cute, which is just a bonus. Had all I needed, and it's really giftable. I think anyone, really, would love to receive this, and take time out to see it through to completion. A nice little project.

This is such a beautiful little set and would make a lovely present.The needles are a good size and are easy to use. They are durable and hard-wearing too.The wool is a nice colour and handles well, I do feel it does malt a little when using but I don't know if I overhandled as I hadn't tried knitting before.The instructions were easy to follow and provided in the package.It comes in a little gift bag too
