This really is one of the better high quality amps at a lower price. I actually bought this amp to replace the exact same one that I purchased 7-8 years ago. It’s 100 degrees outside right now and I thought I burned up the old one. It was just the fuses that melted with the truck sitting in the sun. Hifonics makes a great product!

Very good sound! Not as great as the old Hifonics units but still hits hard. I have a Fosgate amp with lesser power that hits harder than this unit but I paid significantly more. Nonetheless; This Hifonic amp is a very good product for the price.

The hifonics brutus is the best amps ever made, my cousin put me on the brutus amps, he has had his 2000 watt brutus for 6 years on 2 15 inch subs, no problems to this day, very powerful amp, make sure to put good quality subs on it, cheap low quality subs will blow cause the brutus is such a beast, and i recommend adding a second battery to your vehichle for the brutus amps, with one battery if when playing your music and the lights on the amp flash with the beat you need to add another battery, happens everytime with the brutus amps, its a BEAST, THATS WHY

I love this Amp. It pushes my fosgate P3 D4's at 1 ohm like no other. It never gets hot, never loses power. It just slams. Heck of a deal for the money. My only complaint is that the blue light from the word HIPHONICS is brighter then the sun.

Didn't like running at 1 ohm would always go into protect mode. I had 2 4 ohm dvc subwoofers wired to 1 ohm. (Tested with multimeter.Worked fine with 1 subwoofer wired to 2 ohms.

I've been installing subs in my vehicles since the 90s and I've used all different brands of amps from high end to low end and hiphonics amps have never let me down. The power you get from them is always more than enough.

I dont think they quite put out rated power but its good enough for 300$. Go to any local shows and the amps they carry are like 800-1200$ for a 1 k amp. Funk that! instead you can have the power of the gods in the trunk of your car....
