Great for us! We like it so much we got two more. I think reviews vary a lot because people are using it differently. We use a flat sheet under our duvets (aka comforters). So, we don't need a duvet cover (envelope) to be as smooth as a sheets. That said, when I took a nap with just the duvet cover, it wasn't scratchy. Textured, yes. The fabric is a rather lightweight cotton muslin with a lowish thread count and the texture & appearance of lightweight linen (minus slubs). See my photo with a U.S. quarter. We got white, and dark colors do show through. On the king size we got, the zipper is on a long side. We got white, and dark colors do show through a bit. On the king size, the zipper is on a long side. To wash, we zip it fully, use cold water and the gentle cycle, and then line dry. It ends up with very small soft wrinkles that don't bother us. The tag says machine wash or dry clean. See my other photo.

The description for this green duvet cover and shams, which I purchased in king size, was r advertised as eversible, but it definitely is not. The quality of the fabric is excellent and so is the zipper. It is soft and you can use it right away out of the bag (since it’s already been triple washed) or wash it first, like I did in cool water on delicates, then dry low temp. The king duvet fit my Queen down comforter with a little extra room to spare. That is how I planned it to fit since I use it as a “bedspread” on my queen mattress w/ adjustable frame.

Best Duvet Cover I have purchased so far. The color is beautiful but I don’t think the pictures I took does justice. It has a great feel to it.

I like it more than I expected to; the texture is a little rustic, but not scratchy or rough. Works very nicely European style (no flat sheet).There are only ties at the 4 corners (not at the mid points of each side) but that is not an issue for me.

This set looks and feels so much more expensive than it is. The fabric is crisp and does not wrinkle much. It looks great on my bed. This same thing would cost triple the price at a Crate & Barrel or Department Store…..really pleased with it.

i’ve been dying to purchase a linen sheet set, but couldn’t justify the $400. so happy with this set. love the coral pink color, soft, beautiful.

It is not the softest, but that was not my most important feature. What I was looking for was color and I was a bit trepidatious. I first bought the orange hoping it would actually be more of an reddish adobe colour- it was not- it was a bright, bright orange. I partially unfolded it, put it on the bed, and interacted with it for a day. I realised it was just not tenable. Every time I walked into the room was a WHOA confrontational moment. So I re packed it and put in my return request. Then I order the green grey grid, still concerned about the colour. When it arrived in a couple of days I had the opposite reaction. Not only is it a blue-green grey color, more blue than green, but the grid is really wonderful as it imparts a sense of calm & order to the room. I also like the texture & I expect breathability due to the weave. The yarn dyed colours are also a big Plus. Yay! I am considering ordering another, now if only they had that reddish adobe colour---.

Prodotto arrivato nei tempi, il cotone è molto bello e morbido, la cosa che non ho molto gradito è che dopo aver fatto il primo lavaggio come da indicazioni sull'etichetta il copripiumino e soprattutto le federe si sono ristretti davvero di molto, mi auguro che dandogli una stirata riacquistino un pò di centimetri.

No complaints! Would have liked standard-size pillow covers but that's it. It's pretty and comfy

The bedding was not bean paste but a muddy brown. Therefore returned and refund requested and promptly received.
