Great book!

It is going to be a great edition to our testing and scenario process. We are going to add it to our reading list.

This content is based on Lloyd Layman's acronyms FPODP, RECEO to name a few. A majority of the book is picture scenarios with answers on to gauge your decisions the content is around 100 pages or so. I purchased it during a promotional testing process to see what the next up and coming Lieutenants would be learning. Purchase this book for promotional testing only.

The book offers good and helpful overall information but contains a lot of very, very basic information to fill space. Like most other IFSTA books, it is a slow, tough read. Also like 90% of IFSTA books, it will fall apart on you! Literally, just turning the first pages to read, they released from the binding starting at page 10. This is a $75 book, with $45 content, and a $0.75 binding.

Do not order. I received this book and pages 165-180 were missing, and a duplicate chapter was in its place. This book is poorly made with pages missing and duplicates.

Decent information, but the book literally fell apart and I haven't even made it through the entire read. I bought it for promotion purposes and was planning on reading a few times before the test and today I had to put it in a 3 ring binder because all the pages fell apart
