The lavender mellows out the black tea and it is delicious, doesn’t need milk or sugar. The bags are also really fancy and nice material.

I am usually a coffee drinker, but honestly this is a really lovely beverage. If i want hot tea, i steep it in hot water that is not boiling. . . Around 190 - 195 degrees. But usually I cold brew it by putting some tea bags into a pitcher of water and letting it "brew" in the fridge overnight. That way I have a supply on hand, and if I prefer it warm then I just heat up the tea from the pitcher for a few minutes. It tastes really outstanding with honey and oatmilk. I highly recommend. There's something a little magical about this tea . . . Like drinking flowers!

It is a wonderful breakfast tea. I take mine with cream and sugar. Be sure to follow the steeping directions. If you leave it too long it is too strong and a little bitter. When I followed the directions it was perfect. Quality tea with the convenience of the pyramid tea bag

I like this tea surprisingly. I am a tea snob but wanted something organic. I will reorder. It does not have bergamont which I do like in my tea. However, I did a taste test and this tea had a more vibriant flover where the other pricey tea with bergamont was subtle.

I was really looking forward to trying this tea! Especially since it’s not caffeinated. My friend has a non-caffeinated chai tea in a different brand. Decided to order this brand because it has the added Chaga in it. It taste nothing like chai tea I am extremely disappointed. And I’m super upset that the seller doesn’t offer the option to return as I only used one and will not be drinking anymore of it!! That’s not good customer service in my opinion.

I found the flavor weak compared to Tazo English Breakfast, but once I increased the steep time it improved to the point I will purchase again. I drink 1 cup everyday with a little honey. I typically steep for around 8 minutes ( judge as you wish, that's just how I like my team).

The quality of the product was so good that I can gift these as a casual, but high end experience. The aroma is rich & bold & was a great way for my younger friends to get started in teas. I love this flavors.
