Pour 80 ml / 2.7oz white vinegar (5% acetic acid) and 20ml / 0.7oz water into the pool. 2. Leave the solution in the tank until the scale dissolves. 3. Empty the tank and rinse the plate with clean water. Empty and wipe the board with a damp cloth. Do not rinse under the tap. Repeat this process as needed. In severe cases, citric acid or common scale removers can be used to remove scale.
