Best E Bike
I love the bike but the dashboard die after over a month. I contacted them and they’re sending me a new dashboard controller . I have 3 e bike I like this 1 the most

Perfect Portable eBike
I was looking for a good, reliable, and portable eBike. There were a lot to choose from but I chose this one because all the reviews were good. This product did not disappoint! The packaging was good; no damage. It arrived pretty quickly. Assembly was easy with minimal parts to put together; most everything is already assembled. After charging the battery, the test run was great! Works beautifully! Perfect for a quick jaunt to town and back. Folding deseign is easy and fits in the back of the car with enough room to spare for baggage. The weight is not an issue. Easy to lift with minimal exertion. I bought two for the summer vacation to the beach so the adult kids can ride into town and explore without the need to take a car and worry about the hassle of parking at a crowded beach destination. I also purchased, seperately, two heavy duty bike chains for leaving the bikes unattended. No need to worry about the removable battery while unattended as the bike comes with a key that locks the battery in possition on the bike. Battery removal is easy, just unlock it with the key and it slides right out utilizing the foldable handle on top of it. Handle bar and seat are adjustable and it holds my weight without a problem. The tires come fully inflated and are durable. This bike even comes with a little bike bell, reflectors, and front and rear flashing safety lights! I can't wait to use them!

Excellent Buy
This bike was bought for a Christmas present and is wonderful!!! It did come with a little damage but nothing crucial to the operation of the bike. The second picture shows a plastic cover missing which was found in the box. The third picture shows the handle bar, it came dented and had to use a screwdriver and some muscle to get the handlebar to go into the correct position. The speed is great and the battery is excellent. It was used for several hours before it went down one notch. Would definitely recommend.

I LOVE THIS THING! I am 5 foot 8 and this is perfect for everything I wanted it for. It actually has exceeded my expectations at this price point. Removable/Replaceable Battery? CHECK! Peddle Assist? CHECK! Included Head and Tail Lights? CHECK! Foldable? CHECK!.... I could go on.

Doesn't charge
I attempted to charge this bike today for the first time and it's been charging over 7 hours and nothing comes on ,except the green light on the cord box that attaches to the battery on the bike .

Tighten everything
The seat needs to be tighten just right or bobs up and down other than that the bike is great I love it it goes smoothly it takes me everywhere if the battery starts to go just pettleand it gets the battery back up only when it's on the orange light anyways but it is an amazing bike I love I could not be happier with it.when I need to go to the store and I have no money for a cab I just take my Ebike and go to the store

battery doesn't work 40miles PAS range like it said it should
I do like the ebike. but the only thing I don't like is that it said up to 25miles pure electric but the battery die on me after 12miles and I do use the pedals from times to times before the battery die. I contact the product suppose. they told me they can send me a new battery for free but I just have to pay the shipping fee between $20-$30 and I bought this ebike not even a month ago. they said they need to test the old battery and if the battery work good than I have to pay the shipping fee, but if it doesn't work than they'll cover for the shipping fee. I don't understand why I have to pay for the shipping fee when I just got the ebike not long ago and barely rode it for 12miles when it die. have to return for full refund and look for a different ebike. what a disappointment because I was so excited with this ebike.
