This drone exemplifies the advances that have been made in tech over the past few years. Relatively inexpensive, light (less than the regulatory 250g for registration), and oh, so stable. Controls are simple to learn and configurable to your preference, and the app is fairly intuitive. Works well with Samsung S22 Ultra attached.Picture quality is superb. Battery life more than adequate, shame they are quite expensive though. Overall, this does exactly what I need it to do, which is a little bit of everything.I've had one scare with it. Taking an extended family outdoor photo, I ascended the drone above the treeline, not realising how windy itwas. The wind caught the drone and I began to lose control. The display warned me to lose altitude in order to regain control, which I duly did. After a few tense moments, the drone managed to make some headway back to where we were and landed safely. I reckon the wind was approaching 20kts, so well outside its design limits. Lesson learnt!

Excellent drone. Good for beginners and great photography and videography. Easy to use and easy to set up. Handles well in strong wind, and has good signal ABs return to home options. Remote is also good and easy to use, works with a lot of other DJI drones. I’m very happy with it. Would recommend to anyone wanting a forest drone.

Purchased as a present and upgrade for a drone mad 14 year old. This is a great bit of kit. Easy to set up, easy to fly and along with the (frankly necessary) fly more combo, you can get plenty of flight time (just over an hour) before having to charge up again. The quality of the images it records are beyond my expectations, I’ve paired it with a 250gb micro SD, so have seemingly endless scope for clips and photos. Apparently this can fly up to 10kms, due to its small size you will lose sight of this around 600m away, I’m not sure we are quite brave enough to send it out 10kms but I don’t doubt the claim. Everything about the product feels extremely well made and sturdy from the drone itself to the controller unit. Perhaps the only thing this is lacking would be an obstacle avoidance feature, however ‘Dji protect’ is amazing value and more than makes up for the lack of the feature (which usually comes with drones with a much higher price tag). I would highly recommend this for anybody looking at getting into drones

I'm blown away by the capabilities and quality of this tiny drone, I'm really looking forward to taking it on our holidays to capture some spectacular scenery.It's so easy to fly and retrieve, but very easy to lose sight of it so the return to home is invaluable, but be careful of operating from a small area as the error in position can be a few meters.The image quality is very good, focus a little soft occasionally but that may be my fault as I'm still getting to grips with the settings.It's only let down by the time taken to recharge the battery, my phone can charge in a fraction of the time, and the price should include a suitable charger and cable, even if it increases the price by £5-10.The software seems a little buggy as it keeps freezing when downloading a "trimmed video" and sometimes stops with an error doing a "full download" but this can be overcome using the cable that connects the controller to the mobile phone to connect the drone to a mobile phone and directly download the video.I like that photos are stored directly to the mobile phone and don't need downloading.My first flight was on a very windy day and the little drone flew beautifully, it told me it was too windy to perform a RTH landing and suggested I reduce height manually which worked fine and it landed very close to the take off point.All in all fantastic value for money, and much more than a toy. Only really let down by battery recharging, I'll probably buy a second battery for holidays.

Flys superb, steady even in wind. Camera is 4k, and can’t tell it’s even flying the picture is so steady with gimble. For less than £300 it’s a bargain. Top quality, technology is amazing. Only thing is you need to buy a case and a strap thing to keep the propellers tidy in the case. An extra battery is useful too but not essential ( at£50 it’s a lot) so with extra case and propeller strap and battery, allow another £75. Still cheap at that price considering how well made this drone is. My first drone and I love it , does everything I need , basic photography and videos. Get one !

Absolutely FANTASTIC! Had a drone a while back that I bought that stopped working after two uses! This one is incredibly easy to use, the footage is unbelievable. It flies so well, easy to use, glad we invested in this pack as the extra flying time is brilliant! Looking at getting a bigger one in the future, but for the moment, this is perfect for us on days out to capture everything!

I had no prior drone knowledge. I bought this drone from my friend’s suggestion it was very easy to use the instructions were there to help me out. I’ve taken this drone outside of the country for holiday and surprisingly it has taken good quality videos. It’s really compact to carry around too. It’s very stable as well. There are many features which i have to learn more about but if you’re looking for drone which is stable, fast and value for money, this will be the great investment.
