HUNTRITE Camo Hunting Pack

This HUNTRITE Camo Hunting Pack gets 5 stars. It is well made, double stitching where needed, quality materials, durable and quiet outer material, heavy duty straps and buckles, yet overall very lightweight. I have used regular packs, fanny packs, and packs with just one over-the-shoulder strap. This HUNTRITE Camo Hunting Pack is the best of all worlds, it has lots of room, as much or more than most packs, and has much, much more room than fanny packs. The padded shoulder straps help distribute the weight. It rides in the small of your back, just atop your hips, so you can stalk and shoot with it on, unrestricted. A quiet, comfortable, rugged pack with plenty of room for your gear.

This is a very good pack with lots of room for your gear on a days hunt.The only thing I didn't care for was the way the sternum strap was attached,so I modified it to my likings.

Purchased this pack for a week-long elk hunt this year. Was able to load my lunch, some snacks, extra ammo, wet weather gear and a small survival kit with plenty of room to spare. I love that the pack sits on my waist so my back does not get sore after multiple days hiking through the trees. Shoulder straps do not get in the way when you bring your rifle up, and the pack is extremely comfortable to wear all day. Definitely one of my best purchases this season!

the straps over top and bottom really seemed useless and the shoulder straps being connected to the bottom of the bag vrs the waist belt made the bag set funny against my back. the bag is good for storage but with the added straps and lack of exterior pockets made this not a bag to use if you need to access much in a hurry (such as range finder, wind direction powder, cell phone...things I may want handy.. the one open side pocket is a bit big for a water bottle and if using for that you risk pulling much more out to fall on the ground when reaching and pulling out the water bottle while on the move

All zippier cords pulled out ripped out were back straps attach to pack on first use

Ehhh. It's loud. The plastic hooks and the plastic rings clink making it difficult to stalk. The amount of stuff you can jam in there is great. The bag doesn't sit against your body so the load shifts with every step. We bought 5 last fall. From adults down to brand new teenagers each of agreed they could be softer material and quieter. And 2 of the 5 we purchased had trouble at the seems starting to seperate from carrying a couple water bottles and the days food.

Good pockets. Perfect to roll my jacket and strap it on top.

My husband loved it and bigger than he thought. Loves it!!
