Decent headset for price point
*** update***While I stand by my original review about the product itself, I have changed my review to 5 star because of customer service. The seller reached out to me and is sending me a replacement headset to try in the event that the original speaker was damaged during transit. My daughter tested this headset for about 2 weeks prior to this review. The headset was easy to set up and fairly basic construction. The volume controls actually had numbers to see what level you are at. The sound quality is average, as is the comfort of the headset. The microphone cover is removable. The bright colors lights are cute if that's what you're going for. Overall this is a decent headset for this price point.

Great sound quality!
Love this headset! It’s super cute and works great! The sound is perfect and the mic as well. It’s customizable with the ears, as well as the adjustable mic is a plus! Would definitely recommend!

Decent budget headset
Daughter loves this headset and uses it for her pc gaming and chatting. The quality is decent and the sound quality although not great is totally usable for whatever. They are an all around cheap entry level headset. For the price I wasn't expecting the moon.

Sound is not as good as other headsets
We game and use headsets.Overall: These are 'good looking' headphones but with hardware and technical specs of a basic office headset you get in the 90s. May be good enough for youth and teens because of the RGB trend. We compared it to the Razer headsets and noted the following.1. Better head support. We like the elastic head piece that automatically fits your head without adjusting. It is a nice auto adjust feature2. It fits women and men fine due to the auto adjust elastic headpiece feature. Note this is for adults despite it looking like a headset for kids.3. Sound is subpar for deep base compared to the Razer if you listen to a lot of music. However, it is a good headset in regards to comfort over the ears and blocking out external sound. The ear muffs are quite large to fit nicely over the ears. They are not noise cancelling headphones despite the description.4. USB-A is only for RBG lights, there is no ability to get audio from it. This makes it a cheaper headset because the more expensive ones allow the USB-A to provide audio. It comes with the ability to connect to an older school two port audio jacks (so one for sound and one for mic) or the single 3.5mm jack for both sound and mic. They all work. I find the lights to be tacky. There is no ability to turn off the lights other than unplugging the USB-A jack from its port.5. Cat ears are removable. My husband uses them though as a joke. It's cute for people who want to exude their Gabby Cat desires.6. Mic works and it is a foam pink round cover over the mic [like those old school cheap headsets]. I can't comment much on whether there is interference on the other side or if it doesn't pick up sound properly. So far so good, but we'll need to test it more with friends to see if the longer term, we run into problems eventually. The Razer would pick up feedback from the earphone into the mic. So far, we haven't had a problem with this set for that issue.6. There are buttons on the headset to mute and control volume levels. They are on the left hand side of the ear muff.7. Wear and tear - this is the true test for all headphones we've used (and we've had a few over the years). How long does this set last? We shall update that status with regular use here once we figure it out. We got it new April 2024. Our experience is about 2 years if we are lucky and gentle with its use. We shall see with these and if there are any breaking points to be aware of.At the time of this review, I think it's a great starter headset for teenagers to use versus buying something very expensive. Has the look and feel of a gaming headset with mid tier sound and decent mic.

This head set works just as intended
It works as it was intended really really well too. Its fully adjustable to any size and even tho its plastic it still can take alit of pressure. The ear muff are soft and dont hurt your head, its strong and its super easy to use.
