Shockingly good for the money!
I never realised I could add a pulley system to my power rack so easily and cheaply. I was doing exercises within 5 mins of unpacking the box. The system seems to be quite robust and it had no problem handling the weights I piled on but it would be helpful to know the max weight it can handle and maybe a printout with some exercises on would have been a nice touch.
