This would be a great tablet for anyone, if only the battery lasted longer than a couple of hours!!!Not only that, it doesn't always charge up fully - and it takes a long time to (not) charge.When it does have a charge you can literally watch the battery counting down, it really is disappointing as otherwise this could get 5 stars.I wish I'd returned it straight away, but my [special needs] daughter does like playing with is, although she does get distressed when it dies on her.

I purchased 2 of these tablets in July 2018, in preparation for Christmas. I had turned the tablets on, to install apps, set up family link etc for my two sons. Christmas Day I gave my sons the tablets and was disappointed about the lack of battery life, but what shocked me even more was that on 28th December my son turned his tablet on to discover the screen just stopped working over night. I have since emailed Tecwizz only to receive one email telling me rudely that I need to charge the tablet and they take no responsibility. there is no contact number, only email for this company!I wish I had purchased from a better known brand, as now I am £40 down, and have to repurchase a tablet for one of my sons!BUY CHEAP BUY TWICE

Very good tablet for the kids. highly recommended. The built of the tablet is very sturdy. loads of customized apps for the kids, fast processing. Fantastic product, definitely worth the money spent.

The battery life is terrible just got it yesterday waited for it to die then charged it all the way back up which took forever then as soon as we took it off again was looking through it and literally down to 92% less than 2 minutes after taking off charger.

I bought this product a few months ago but only started using it this week as it was a present for my son, it is awful, his birthday was last Sunday, the product is already broken , it won’t turn on at all. The battery life when it was working was terrible, and it is really slow.Really not worth the money at all. Piece of rubbish. Very dissatisfied with it. In fact I will be making a complaint to get my money back

Extremely disappointed. Set it up for my little one, downloaded a few apps, and it began to run really slow almost immediately. Certain apps once downloaded are 'not compatible' with the device, which is hard to explain to a 4 year old. Only been turned on twice and its already beginning to freeze. Unhappy is an understament. Will now have to spend more money to get a replacement!

My 3 year old daughter loves this, she takes it everywhere. Going somewhere you need them to sit still and be good take the tablet, long car journey take the tablet, even settling them to bed I give her the tablet with little battery then once it goes off it’s sleep time !

My grandson loves his,he has austism ,and has a melt downwhen his runs out .so i needed another for him so charged all the time .the price and delivery were perfect .thank you
