Adapter is made of multiple pieces and actually spins itself
As soon as you hit one a little on the toe of the club head, the head wants to spin. I marked the shaft to make sure it wasn’t spinning on the actual shaft. The pieces of the adapter actually move after epoxy.

Broke within 2 weeks. Driver head fled the scene.

Doesn’t fit securely in club head
The adapter I received doesn’t fit securely into the club head. I tried in an M1 head and a SLDR head and you can hear and feel it moving. I’m going to have to replace it.

Don’t buy this!!!!
Broke in pieces after 3 swings. Don’t buy this. Spend the extra money on one from Golfworks. I’ve never had a problem from those.
