The Holy Stone HS900 is an absolutely amazing drone for the price. The features, functionality and results are on par with drones costing 2 or 3x times as much. So easy to use and it takes amazing video. Automatic take off, aim at your subject and it will fly around it or fly backing up and away recording 4K video... all automatically! Android app has links to how to videos for the HS900 drone inside the app. Watch out DJI, Holy Stone is coming for you! Wish the batteries were in stock so I could fly it more.

This is my third Holystone Drone and by far the easiest to set up and fly, it's just about plug and play. Only issue is a spare battery, can't find them here on Amazon which make me nervous for support.

The media could not be loaded. This is a fun and productive drone at a great price! The video quality is fantastic! I have had a blast flying around and making videos! Super lightweight and no FAA registration required! The GPS helps keep the drone perfectly stable when hovering! The controls are easy to learn! Great beginner drone for anyone!!Only one thing that I would have loved to have additional on this drone - obstacle avoidance! I have “crashed” my drone twice (twigs on trees) and it has survived with only slight damage to the props. Good thing that it came with extra!

This drone is so much fun to fly... I love everything about it. It is so responsive, runs about 25 minutes on a charge. I kicked it up to 1000' the other day and was amazed at the quality of the 4K video. It does take a minute or 2 to sync up with the controller... But, I found a process which works consistently. First, power on the drone. Second power on the controller and wait until the green led appears. Finally, plug in my iPhone. I close all open apps... then, open the HS app and it locks in to GPS. I always wait until the app recognizes the drone... Off I go... So much fun.

This is my first drone. I purchase this because of the features it offers, two batteries and the case as well and no FAA requirements. I had looked at the smaller ones and the larger ones, read tons of reviews on all different kind of f them and thought this would be a great "learner" drone.So the drone arrived, couldn't wait to open it, got the batteries and controller charged up and started the set up. Well I thought I was following everything but it wouldn't calibrate. Tried several times and decided to call customer service. Let me first mention that I have several high end machine built in China and I have had to contact their customer service, Holy Stone's customer service it TOP NOTCH. Hold time was less than two minutes at 8pm. Nino talked me through the set up, still nothing so he asked for a video and said he would call back. I took a video and sent it off only to realize I hadn't attached it and that's why he didn't call back. The next morning Ysa had an email waiting for me saying she would help. The issue turned out to be NOT READING correctly and got everything working. They were right on top of thing and wanted to make sure everything was okay. I have had no trouble using their app on my phone, (Motorola E5Plus) then I tried and old LG phone without service (old verizon phone) and it also works fine with that!!!! So I don't have to use my phone I can use the one I was going to throw away. Neither of the phone would fit in the cradle of the remote, they would slip off so I laser cut a phone case to fit the remote that also fits my phone and added a sun screen. The case is great, every thing fits nicely. good protection sides and bottom but it does have a soft zippered cover, so I then made a landing pad that doubles as a hard cover so now everything is well protected.There is a steep learning curve if you have never flown a drone before. I have also tried every feature and it all works as advertised by the app and just controller BUT many things HAVE to be done in the correct order. If not you will have problems. I live in a heavily wooded area so GPS it at time an issue, in the clearing it's fine. Use it in the beginner mode! Slow and easy. There are a lot of thing to learn but very I'm happy with my purchase.UPDATE: I crashed my drone, which was totally my fault. I needed some spare parts which I could not find anywhere. So that left me with two options, either purchase another drone or contact them to see if they had parts available, I reached out to them and they were willing to supply me with what I needed. The parts were sent sent directly from China and arrived in less than 30 days. I would like to mention that I have dealt with many Chinese companies in the past but NONE as helpful as Holy Stone. They were quick to answer emails, if they didn't know what part I needed they asked for pictures and sent me my order in a quick timely fashion. I cannot speak highly enough how great their customer service is, especially the after sales service which is very important in my opinion! This is one company that I will defiantly continue to do business with that knows how to take care of its customers. GREAT JOB and keep up the good work......THANK YOU Jasmine!

The drone was well packedged. Flys great. However, the gimbal would not download the update and did not work at all. Was unable to take pictures or video. Called customer service who tried to help with some trouble shooting...no luck. Was told to take a video and send it in via email with a detailed letter explaining the problem. Easier to just return.Ordered the Protensic Atom which was soo simple to set up and works beautifully plus updates automatically while I was flying the drone and taking video!

Flies great, wind resistance is amazing, very stable (I tested it with a leaf blower, it definitely struggled, but the leaf blower was way more than 24 mph and it still held its ground). I also did a range test, I got 10000 feet away until a building was giving me interference. The gimbal being brushless is nice too, most DJI's, even the Mavic and Inspire series' still use mechanical gimbals. It is also very durable, I have crashed into a brick wall twice, never even had to replace the propellers. It's also very fast. I do feel like it is a bit overpriced, but it goes on discount all the time.
