So far so good
I was surprised and pleased to see raw components like this listed on Amazon - so far they seem to be doing the job and for a reasonable enough price if you don't have an account with one of the main electronics suppliers.I tested a random selection from across the tape and the resistance value was within tolerance for every one I tried.I've not tested these to destruction but the body looks to be the correct size for the advertised rating and the manufacturing quality looks good & consistent. As others have also noted the resistance value isn't marked on the package label leaving anyone who doesn't know how to read the value bands scratching their head and reaching for their multimeter.

Perfect for my projects
I ordered the 10 Ohm resistors to use in some electronic projects that I've been working on. As you can see from my photo the resistors value is within tolerance. The quality and reliability seems to be very good and they work well within my circuits. They arrived in a small resealable bag which is great. The only issue that I have though is that the label on the bag could have been better. I had to write the resistance value on the label myself. It's not a big deal but it would have been nice if all the info was clearly written there already.Overall I'm very happy with the resistors themselves. Highly recommended.

47k Ohm resistors - Perform as expected
These resistors were described as having a nominal resistance of 47kΩ and a tolerance of ±5%.The resistors are packaged in a simple zip-lock bag without their resistance value printed on the bag, which may be a little awkward for non-enthusiasts who aren't completely conversant with converting colours band values. These resistors were marked appropriately with band colours of Yellow - Violet - Orange - Gold, and all looked in perfect, unscratched, and unbroken condition. I am a hobbyist who occasionally makes low-power circuits based on simple sensors, timers, buzzers etc., and seldom need to worry about power dissipation or component stress due to high currents, so am usually happy to incorporate such low-power 0.25 watt resistors into my circuit designs. As such, my review of these resistors included a simple resistance test of ten randomly selected resistors out of the 100-resistor package:All ten resistors met their stated tolerance of ±5%, ie.: between 44.65kΩ and 49.35kΩ. Although resistors can be found online more cheaply, I found these entirely reasonable given their swift delivery.Based on them appearing to be of good quality and meeting their stated resistance specifications, I am happy to award these 5 stars.

Seem to be precisely what it it says they are
There's not a lot you can say about a carbon film resistor other than whether it is true to the value and whether it lives up to the wattage rating. I'm happy to say that in both respects these seem to do so I cannot test all 100 in this pack but have tested a few resistors at random and found that 2 measured 468 Ohms and another one 466 ohms (both well within tolerance). I have also tested by running 15V DC through them (about 480 Watts) and whilst they did get a bit toasty they did not burn out and I'll be content to treat them as 1/2 watt compliant, especially as most projects they are used in will operate at 12V, Good components,

Well within Tolerance
I very often struggle reading 1/4w resistors as my eye sight isn't as good as when I was a boy - several decades ago. But these are really easy to read the colours. All that I have used so far have been well within the tolerance, reading on average 4k75 on my meter which is calibrated with a tolerance of +/-2%.They solder well and the tolerance when hot from the soldering was also with the 5% with the one I tested giving 4K68 directly after soldering. This is normally a good indication of a good resistor.

Standard resistors. Horrible labeling.
These carbon film resistors are reasonable value for the stated price. When tested, they show to be within tolerance, although only just in some cases. I would only recommend them for hobbyist use, such as in microcontroller projects, where precision is not that vital. One thing to note, and this applies to all the products received from this supplier, the identifier of the component - its value and tolerance - were not provided on the bag label due to the text being truncated. This meant that I had to manually identify each pack using a combination of the product code (several of which were unavailable) and testing of the components inside. As can be seen in the photo, I have then handwritten the component value on the label myself. I consider this to be a major oversight by the supplier, as components should always be readily identifiable by a label on the package.
