My daughter really likes this to help her get her heel stretches up. She is 7, so no issues with thickness; it holds up for her size. Item is super easy to put on the door (there is a little ball inside that holds the band in place when the door is shut).

I bought this looking to increase my flexibility and stretch before and after workouts. I love it! It really helps and is super easy to use. I'm 5'9" and it works perfectly for me. I highly recommend it!

It gives u multiple ways to stretch

Comes in nice drawstring bag. Came with no instructions. Assembly was confusing at first but you want to loop the metal ring through the part you’re supposed to hold and put it in the middle. Your foot/ankle goes in the padded loop. You have to put the tab of the metal strap on top of a door frame and close the door on it so it stays in place. Can look like bondage if someone finds it. Make sure no one walks in on you or you might get hurt.

Good product, appreciate the carrying bag, but it didn’t come with any form of instructions for use.

Place ball over the door and close. Put foot in unpadded loop. Pull with hand. That's it! You need a standard size door unless you are able to lift your foot high to put it in the loop. Compact and comes with its own carrying case to stow away.

This product works fine. Im glad I made the purchase. It doesn't come with instructions but it isn't rocket science.
