Easy to use, didn't harm the mice at all!
These were so perfect! We had a mouse (we thought we had only one but later discovered there were 2) living and nesting in our grill. She was so cute we didn't want to hurt her but other relocation efforts failed. So my husband ordered these and they worked like a charm! He caught the first mouse without hurting it whatsoever and relocated it a few miles from the house. Then when we learned there was another one, he did the same thing for the second mouse and brought it to the same place as the first one. Viola! No more mouse in the grill and both mice weren't even hurt. These are easily cleanable and simple to use. Thanks for a great product!

These are wonderful
My parents used these in the past and caught loads of mice. It was always fun going out and releasing them. When my sister moved out she and her husband had the same result with these same traps. So now that I'm in my own place.. when I saw a mouse I bought some of my own.So far have caught 2 cute little guys in the first week. These things are great. Every little mouse deserves to live and be released outside. Take them at least 2 miles from your house. P.S. They definitely love cheese (duh), chocolate, and peanut butter. The *only* issue I've had is that there is a mouse that is swiping cheese that I set inside the trap. I'm guessing it must be very skinny or a baby because his weight doesn't weigh down the trap for the door to shut on him. We're going to keep trying though!

Must be tasty - mice chew their way out
I've purchased several batches of this type trap from different sellers. On first look these seem to be better made than others with a tighter rear/bait door and non-slip rubber pads on the bottom. However, the entry door has long air slots that allow mice to get their teeth around the plastic and chew their way out. If you're putting them out overnight all you'll find in the morning is a ruined, chewed-up trap.

Safe (for the Mouse, Pets and Children), EASY and Reliable
i have ordered these traps a few times. they are the best i have found for the price. We live in the country where mice are a constant challenge in the winter. This trap is easy to set and it works ! Occasionally, the little trigger gets testy and you need to set it twice as it will auto-release but overall it is a very reliable trap and it does not kill the mouse whom I have no need to kill. In fact we once caught a mouse that must have panicked and gone into labor in the device - she gave birth in the trap. We caught one mouse and freed a small family !

No air holes. Mouse suffocates. Not so "humane."
I've used several of these types of traps from other sellers on Amazon and they work great. I bought six of this particular one because of the price.Unfortunately, none of the six I received have the air holes shown in the picture. If the mouse is trapped for more than a couple hours, it'll suffocate.Because of this, I threw out the other 5 traps. If you don't care whether the mouse survives, buy these. If you do, buy a different brand.

These work exceptionally well
With some cheese, or a few dabs of peanut butter on the inside, I caught all of the mice in my house in a matter of days (they're nocturnal so they typically come out late night / early morning). They're easy to set, easy to clean, inexpensive to replace, shipping times were quick and I'm generally quite pleased. Since these are humane, I'd advise releasing them at least a mile from your home so they're not gonna find their way back easily.

Humane Mouse Trap Worked for Me
Used this last night and I had caught 2 mice when I checked this morning! Was able to easily release them away from my house. I baited each trap w/a small schmear of peanut butter and a crumble of dry cat food. My cat is a skilled mouser and I knew he'd brought in a mouse a few days ago -- wasn't sure if there might be another one as well. (I know, it's disturbing to live in a house w/mice!!! Best case scenario is that kitty cat does Not bring them in but dispenses w/them outside....over the years, he's been able to sneak a few in....TMI.) Just to be safe, I'm going to bait the traps again tonight -- just in case I've another other of these pest-y critters around. Hope not! I had another humane mouse trap I'd bought years ago on Amazon that also worked well but finally cracked. I don't think they sell on Amazon any longer so bought this trap as it looked similar -- and, you get two of the traps. I've never rid mice w/a cruel mouse trap -- it's just not in me to kill critters. So, if you are looking for a humane mouse trap, this one does seem to work. I believe the seller has some helpful hints about using the trap in their Amazon listing. Good luck!

Not Working for me
Mouse keeps stealing peanut butter every night! The trap door is shut in the morning and the bait is gone but no mouse. Not sure how/why the mouse is escaping but this is the second type of live trap I’ve tried to catch this mouse with that has failed. I think the mouse might just be very smart, traps appear to function correctly.
