It is nice and easy to set up. All settings came with USB drive which will help a lot to setup correct parameters for the laser program. The only problem is the positioning bars which are plastic and if you gonna use the machine too often they will melt down in a month or two. Customer service is good

Pros:This laser engraver is fast and has plenty of power. No fancy bells and whistles like autofocus or a motorized head height, but it does have the essentials. Works fine with Lightburn. The unit is sturdy and all in one piece, so it is easy to relocate.Cons:When the unit first arrived, we could get the red laser to slew as expected, but the fiber laser would never engage. I opened the case and discovered that the flat control cable from the mainboard to the fiber laser source had come loose. I simply plugged it back in to the connector and all was well.The cooling fans are noisy!

An excellent laser in a compact package. If you are getting one of these, make sure to get Lightburn to run it instead of EzCAD that it comes with. Lightburn transforms this machine into a beast and is much more user friendly with great support.

I recently purchased this laser and have been setting it up to use with LightBurn which was included. While it doesn't have the power of a 30w or 60w galvo, you can get exactly the same results - it only take a little longer. If you can't afford more power and have a little patience, this is the laser for you!

First there are no assembly instructions that come with the productSecond you cannot just use a USB drive, you actually have to have a laptop present for direct file entry to the machine. I would not have purchased it knowing I needed to either have a dedicated laptop with it or continually move my current laptop to use the productGot this for a start up fiber laser that wouldn't take up too much space to accompany my CO2 laser. Way over priced for what it really is.

I upgraded from a 20w to this 50w laser to try and speed up and do deeper engravings, descent product but not a huge difference, so it was a little disappointing.
