Sturdy quality, some errors in construction, prompt support from sale team
Appears sturdy. Good price point. However some of the holes have not been completely drilled out and will likely need a metal drill to complete the construction. Ideally would ask for a replacement arm instead of a return, however cannot find a link to contact the seller or manufacturer…. Update: the seller promptly and cordially responded to this review and offered to replace the item

Sharp metal
It does the job but the screws should come with plastic caps. Having sharp metal sticking out in the place you store surf boards is not ideal.
