Great for any senior pet with arthritis
We love the heating pad, but unfortunately our senior didn't get to use it very long before a he passed away. I lik how it didn't get screaming hot, just warm enough for it to warm her bones. But I am still happy her doctor recommended it, we do have another pup that might need to someday. Hug your fur babies😊

My rescued cats are in Heaven with this mat
This product is awesome. My two rescued cats use it constantly. And I don't need to worry as it activates with the cats weight and not a switch or timer. And the temperature appears to be perfect for them!

Warm and Toasty
So far I have warm and toasty kitties! I have another heated pet bed by K&H (Thermo Kitty Fashion Splash) and my cats all love it - they use that one at night. I was looking for this mat style heated bed to sit on my desk under a window where my cats all like to lay but it gets a little cool in the winter or on days when it's not sunny. Also with for cats it's hard to have enough "best seats" we chose the 14x28 size so two kitties could sit on it and I'm really glad I did not get the smaller one as it would have been way to skinny. The bed part itself is plenty cushy as there is a foam material of some sort inside around the heating pad and the outside is a microfiber sort of fabric. My cats all like it fine. It does have an off putting (to the cats) smell when you first open it, but it will go away in a day or so and be just fine. What I like about this compared to the other bed is that I feel safe leaving this unit plugged in all the time and it will cool off (though not completely) then warm up to temperature when the cats are using it. The Thermo Kitty bed we plug in and unplug each night - it's soon to go on a lamp timer so I can't forget to unplug it. I don't feel safe with it being "hot" all the time and wish it also had the pressure sensor in it.I hope this product lasts a long time because they will certainly have to be replaced if they break! My four cats are all young the oldest is 4yrs and the youngest is 8mo. Two are cold nature short haired cats but one is a long haired cat and all love their bed!***UPDATE... I've had this product for 2.5 years and it's still working and looking like when we first got it. I've washed it once in the machine and then just spot cleaned some stains. I'm glad this has worked out so well!

Body activated
Happy dog! She loves to be warm and immediately went to lay on it as soon as we got it. We actually got it for our other dog, but she has claimed it as her own. Super soft and I love that it is body activated and the cover is machine washable!

Happy cat = happy owner!
Well, I was skeptical. We all know how finicky cats can be...but my buddy is 15 years old and he needed a warm place to rest his bones! So, I bought this with low expectations.Foolishly, when I first set it out I plugged it in, let it warm up and tested it with my hand pressure. It worked as described. I then plopped the cat on top of it. He was like, "huh??" - and promptly walked off, tail stuck straight in the air. I was unfazed; I knew he'd be back. After all, curiosity killed the cat! 10 minutes later, he was back...sniffing it, walking around it, looking at me curiously - but still never actually USING it. This went on for days. The cat was confused. Then I got smart. The cat has a bed which was made from a large wicker gift basket, a pad for the bottom and a snuggie. (you didn't think he actually liked a bed I BOUGHT, did you? No, it has to be homemade for king cat) So I hid this pad UNDER the snuggie and plugged it in. Did a quick check to make sure it warmed from the pressure of my hand - it did - and walked away smirking, thinking to myself that I had finally outwitted the mighty cat.Well, guess what? I had! It was only a matter of time before the cat decided to use his wicker basket/snuggie bed. He climbed in gingerly, already knowing something was different, then settled down with annoyance. However, within minutes he was stretched out and cozy as a bug in a rug...purring, and belly up!Yeah, this thing totally rocks if you know how to crawl into the mind of a cat. He's been using it almost daily ever since but I am now sitting here wondering why I am so proud of myself for outsmarting...a cat?!

My cat loves this.
I bought two of these thermo pads for my cats, mainly for my eldest who has arthritis. She absolutely loves this pad. It gets to the perfect temperature (naturally the same temperature as a cat/dog) which gives her just the little extra warmth she needs and that she won't have to go through the effort of creating herself. I've noticed that she's been walking a bit better from using it, but just the pad itself is no substitute for medical care. The texture of the bed cover was just fine, though fresh out of the package it smelled like plastic for a while. I've actually taken to covering it with another thin blanket, not because the cover itself is bad, but for personal appearance preferences. I guess my only qualm with it is that it doesn't come with a variety of colors, just the two to choose from.As for the heater itself, it is perfect. Some reviews mentioned that the heating pad wasn't as large as the surface area of the cover. Honestly, it doesn't need to be. The heat noticeably spreads just enough to warm the area for a pleasant place for a cat to sleep.I have no idea why my second cat hasn't even bothered to sleep on them. Not a problem, because I put one on the couch and one on the bed for my older cat. Could be that my younger (not by much) cat doesn't need it, she's a bit overweight. I loved it so much, I loaned one to my mother so that her chihuahua could give it a try. I don't think I will be getting it back anytime soon. Both the chihuahua and the other cats she owns take turns sleeping on it.So, looks like another one is in my future.

Best Christmas gift for cat!!
I got this as a Christmas gift for my cat who had been sleeping on the radiator during winter. She loves it and has been sleeping on it ever since she got it. My 20 lbs cat just fits on it and the material is soft like other cat beds. The product arrived a couple of days earlier than expected as well. Overall, a happy customer and cat!

Good product.
Good for the space we needed it for as it it thin, however if it being used as a normal cat bed I would recommend the quilted version of it (same company) as it is much puffier like a pillow. A but more expensive but worth it. This is a great company and I would recommend their products to anyone. Our cats absolutely love the gentle warmth these heated pillows provide. They stay on them constantly and are VERY content with them.

My Cat LOVES Her Heat Mat!
We have an old cat, and she loves curling up on her heat mat. She spends most of her time on it, if she's not wandering around doing other cat stuff. The cover is machine washable. The cord is nice and long. Would definitely recommend this product!

My cats love this product
My cats love this product. My eldest cat (15) uses it in the winter quite often to sooth his old body. The only issue I have is that the heat mat inside is small, and it tends to move around a lot so I have to adjust them frequently. Overall, a good purchase.

Cats love it
Since I got this my cats have not been back in my couch. They love it! I put it inside a cardboard box because that’s what they like, I bought cat beds and they ignored them.
