This is a great wireless meat thermoneter. I have used it serveral times now and really love it. It makes cooking and grilling a real plesure. I have found it really easy to set up and use and seems to be very accurate. It is a real pleasure to use and takes the guess work out of cooking to the exact temp you want.I've used this probe multiple times for cooking a tri-tip, whole roasted chickens, and rib eye roasts and they all cook perfectly every time! Chicken so juicy I had to check it with a flashlight to make sure it wasn’t raw. This thing is AH-MAZING.

This is a great wireless meat thermometer. I have used it a few times now and it’s super easy to use and extremely accurate. It works well in my smoker as well as bbq. Looking forward to using it on thanksgiving..

EDITING TO ADD: This is NOT waterproof unlike the picture would lead you to believe. I washed it off, and got it a little wet, not much really, and it wouldn't turn off. I took the battery out to let it dry and it's fine now, but this picture with the water splash misleads. I'm removing 2 stars for this.So far I'm loving this thermometer. It has everything I need on a basic thermometer. The only thing it doesn't have is wireless capability, but at this price, I don't expect that. It's easy to clean because it's water proof. I can use the detachable probe or the fold out probe and I've used both so far. The backlit screen is easy to read and the magnet is a nice touch to keep it in place. One option I really like about this model is the ability to calibrate it, so I don't ever have to worry about its accuracy. The only thing, very minor and completely personal, is the battery. I would personally prefer a normal, AA or AAA, battery that I'm more likely to have on hand if this one dies. But, as far as a coin type battery, this type is very common.If you're looking for an inexpensive, very good meat thermometer, this is a good one

This is a very accurate wireless internal thermometer for grilling. It's great to be able to check on two different items at once, and it is essential to be able to check the internal temp of something like a turkey on the rotisserie. I used it on a turkey I cooked on my Joetisserie and compared the IT with my Thermopro: it is accurate.

The unit and concept is pretty neat. It’s a bit old school in appearance from the hard plastic to dated screen. The probes are also tough to remove when inserted all the way in. The plus is they work well from the handful of times that I’ve used on various cuts and grills

I received this item and decided to use it right away since I was so excited to try it. Put new brand new batteries in there and let it charge for 2 hours I get set to. One of the probes would not charge. Thought no big deal. Put it in there put it on cooking about a 4 lb roast. And when I tempted with this compared to other thermometers it was off by almost 11°. I don't suggest you buy this
