The plaque itself looks nice. The reason I got it was to illuminate my address at night. The light does not do this at all. The led light is not positioned correctly and does not illuminate the address. The light shines outward and instead of onto the plaque. I informed the seller of the design flaw. Item is not returnable. I would prefer to buy something different upon discovering this design flaw. Seller offered no compensation or return.

OK, I love the item and would have given it five stars because the quality of how it looks is great. However, there needs to be an instruction video on how to mount this thing! The pieces that come with it make no sense. I had to google videos to see how to use these Snap on fixings, but the problem is most video show the piece that is mounted to the actual item being glued on by some sort of adhesive. This did not come with any adhesive and I literally took this thing apart and almost ruined it trying to figure out how on earth , the pieces that snap into the wall mounted ones get attached to the plaque. There is no rhyme or reason to how to do it so I finally just purchased my own adhesive and did it that way. I would really love to see a video from this company on how they expected me to mount this with the pieces they sent me!

First they say this is not returnable. That sucks. Showed up broken as seen in pictures. At night it is nothing more than good at being a hallway low level light. Does not even show any of these numbers or lettering unless you are 1-2 feet away.

The quality is terrible, there is no instructions in the box when received the screws that are provided. So we drilled and cracked the Cheap Acrylic. Waste of Money
