These are excellent - try before paying a repairman
I bought these rods because my repairman could not find them locally. He told me they normally ran between $500 and $600 when he would order them locally. I decided to give these a shot and was completely blown away. They were identical to the ones that came out of my washing machine original to the Samsung. They were high-quality and have done a great job for the past 6 months with no issues at all. I highly suggest giving these a try before paying the hundreds of dollars it would cost you for a professional repairman. They were easy to replace and came with detailed instructions and a YouTube video to show how to install yourself.

Poor quality/weak
States under specs that this would be compatible with my washer. The suspension rods are not strong enough to hold the drum during spin mode. Save yourself the hassle, buy the Samsung brand suspension rods for your Samsung washer.

Good fit
Fixed my sister-in-laws washer. Old ones had a bent one

Does not resolve the problem
Our Samsung continues to be unbalanced. The springs are NOT strong enough.

It took me awhile to get someone to install these rods. When I opened the box one of the rods were bent.
