It was easy to install. It looks good and works better than the exhaust vent kit that came with the AC unit.

Ac window accessories set
Set was easy to assemble and install. Hardest part was attaching hose to window vent and AC flange, needed a pair of pliers and small hands. Thankfully had both!

PERFECT for those ANNOYING WINDOW SIZES
I have a portable AC in my living room since all 4 AC units on this LONG HOUSE are shot. SUPER COOL. ANYWAYS. That portable AC is terrible, and the window kit that came with it for the exhaust hose was equally as terrible. My windows are about 29in wide. With Honeywell's included kit, your window better be 20in wide or 36 minimum with extender. This is 17 for the exhaust connect plate, and 17 for the extender. NOW with Exhaust end connected to the plate and an extender, it shrinks down to a minimum of about 22inches, so, slightly too big for my windows in the kitchen, but does mean I can run the Exhaust hose out of the living room window with ONE EXTENDER plate in. Fits perfectly within the window rails, and the top part even gets caught by the top rail where the window seats, as well. Really securing it and ensuring a decent enough seal and it won't fall.As to those saying it's impossible to connect the exhaust "funnel" to the hose. It's not, it is not fun, and took a good 10 minutes and some select expletives to finally fight it on. THOUGH, when it is on, it's pretty secure and decently air tight.Only suggestion/complaint, wished the extender piece came with a rubber hose to act as a gasket for that, like a neoprene rubber. AND I wished there was a gasket around the exhaust plate as well to ensure a better seal, since that does leak some, not a lot, but some hot air.In conclusion, 100% recommend. Each individual piece feels like PVC and quality, even the hose feels of equal or greater quality than the one that came with the honeywell. ONLY piece missing from this kit is a COUPLER. I couldn't find one of these kits that included the coupler. Very pleased with my purchase.

Easy and perfect!!
The original tube that came with my ac was NEVER as good as this one, not even brand new. The original was very thin and I could feel the heat coming from the tube, and then it started cracking. This one is very flexible and has great thick insulation, that makes it very easy to install and contort in various ways. Very much worth this price because it is cheaper than replacing the whole ac just because hose and window parts went bad.
