This is an excellent product. Easy to apply and cleaned our porcelain patio tiles brilliantly. The end result was so much better than other products we have used.

Wow , bought this and thought it was another gimmick. The results from this product are unbelievable. Does exactly what it says it does .

This product works well, but it's expensive. I've since sourced another cleaner with the same active ingredient listed on the bottle that's a quarter of the price. Both gave me the same end result, so obviously I'll be choosing the cheaper one moving forward.

Recently moved to a house where the patio had not been cleaned for many many years. They were covered with dirt and heavily contaminated with black spot and Lichen. I first tried another patio treatment, which took far too long to work and didn't get the slabs clean.So I gave Monty a try, and I have to say it made a very big improvement in a very short space of time, and the slabs are now much better looking. It didn't however get rid of all of the Black Spot and Lichen, so not quite the 'miracle' the makers claim it is.I do recommend it, but at £32.00 a bottle (I needed 3 bottles), plus delivery charges, it was on the expensive side, so I'll give it a score of 7.5 /10.

Wow, just tested on a small area of our slate tiles in the back garden. Sprayed on liberally, gently agitated with a brush and left for just under 8 mins before gentle hosing off with garden hose (not jet wash).Left to dry when went out and came back to a transformed area!Will buy more as have 130m2 of slabs to do, and have recommended to friends already

The item came today , I have used the item as decried and it simply doesn't work , I have done this 3 times on the same slab an it is the same , i have followed the instructions to the letter and it is still the same , it just rubbish , if you ask me the main contents if just household bleach , Absolute rubbish it just bleach

Great on patio slabs

I’ve just got through my second 5 litre container and have realised how expensive it is turning out to be. The product works well but the cost is working out to be more than £1 per square metre to clean my patio. I’m only half way through and am thinking that it would have been cheaper to get someone round to jet wash it.
