As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 serving in 8-10 oz. of cold water, 30 minutes before activity, start use with only 1 service to assess tolerance and responce. Then gradually increase dosage “if necessary”. Do not consume more than 2 servings in a period of 24 hours. Do not take within 4 hours before bedtime, drink at least ten (10) 8-10 oz. glasses of water per day while using this product. Read warnings and use only as directed.

Candy Crush with a Kick!
I’ve tried many pre workouts available and Chrome Supps Crush Intense is by far my favorite since 2014. I love the green apple flavor, it tastes just like candy! They have other flavors too if you prefer a subtler flavor. I also like that it mixes well and doesn’t leave you with a bitter aftertaste or grittiness. I use this as both a pre workout (for focus) and to kick start my day when I’m not working out. Seriously, I usually keep 2 of these in the fridge at all times!Also note, I recommend keeping it in the fridge so moisture doesn’t make it clumpy and if you work out late in the day, the caffeine will keep you awake for at least 4 hours. I know some PWOs give people the jitters but I’ve never had that problem with my Crush. Enjoy!!!!

Best Pre Workout Supp I Have Found Personally
One of the very few pre workouts that have ever worked for me. Kicks in great during workout. Great pump and sweat. Good taste. No bad side effects.
