I consider these a corner cutting version to the powder form of beet root supplements, but that doesn't mean its a bad thing. I normally take the powder version with my after workout shake, but of course those are only on workout days. That's were these babies come into play.For the most part, they are easy to take as the chewy consistency is normal; not too tough and too soft with the fear of them getting stuck between your teeth. The taste is just right also as its not too sweet and not too bland. Performance wise, they do fall a bit short when compared to the powder version, but they make up with the ease of use.

This is the only gummy I found that is sugar free.
