SOPKVL Spy Camera leaves a lot to be desired. The instructions say to DL the Smart Life app for adding the camera in. This does not work (Android) after repeated and frustrating attempts. The BT speaker portion seems to work fine on other sources (Pandora) as long as the SOPKVL Spy Camera is charged up first, otherwise it continuously drops and resets.Favorable Update: After contact with the seller I tried the Smart LIfe app again. There were still no changes. I arbitrarily decided to power the camera from my laptop and low and behold I was able to QR the camera, hear the confirmation tone, and log in to use it! The device remained save after restart, but showed a status of offline - I again cannot seem to connect to the camera even while trying to re-add.The seller has offered technical support and the possibility of exchange. I feel this is honorable despite the experience with this particular camera.
