Furnace Control Circuit Board 50A65-476, 50A65-5165, D341396P05, CNT05165 Replacement for Trane and American Standard Single Stage Integrated Furnaces Control Board Repair Parts

This unit was easy to install because all the electrical connectors, and their markings/naming, are exactly the same on this board as they were on the original board from Rheem/Ruud. Before removing the old board, I made a sketch to show me the exact wiring, then I unplugged/unscrewed all the wires, installed the new board, wired it, and powered it up. The slowly blinking green and yellow LEDs were as expected, and changing the thermostat settings showed me that it's working correctly.

I priced out a new board from train at almost 900$ took a chance on this one for 70$ easy plug and play installation flipped the breaker on and my furnace instantly fired up! I can't speak for the longevity of it as I just installed it but for now I'm 100% impressed.

After installing according to instructions and triple checking where the wires go, turned power on and set thermostat and immediately got the solid light on indicating circuit board failure.

I could not validate the part number on the circuit board. Several versions look the same. I bought 2 different versions to be sage and then I took them out and sat next to each other before realizing they look identical. Frustrating.

Nicely manufactured board everything soldered neatly and no issues when we powered it up. My old board was corroded from the garage flooding in Ian and all the techs want to do is sell you a completely new system.
